Newton Kits (“NK”) wants to earn your respect and trust by being very transparent about how we collect, use, store, manage, transfer and protect your Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Type of Information

NK collects the information about you so that we can provide you with a responsive user experience from product updates to technical support. The information we collect may include your name, occupation/work, email address, telephone/mobile number, date of birth, shipping address, billing address, gender, lifestyle information, product preferences, credit card information and other relevant information.

NK may also collect non-personal identifiable information about you, such as your use of our websites, communication preferences, buying habits, and responses to promotional offers and surveys. If we combine non-personal information with personal information, the combined information will be considered as personal information.

You may be asked to submit different pieces of information at various instances, example, when you register your products, purchase any product online, participate in an online survey, download an upgrade and create your Newto ID.

Opting out

You will be required to submit requisite piece of information for certain processes, like, billing and technical support service. Because this information is important to your interaction with NK, you will not be offered the choice to opt out. However, you you will always be offered the choice not to submit certain elements of your PII, which are irrelevant to the billing and technical support process. Doing so will not affect the transaction under progress.

Scope of Information Sharing

At times, Newton Kits will need to share your personal information with its affiliates or third party service providers or strategic partners for purposes outlined within this privacy statement. NK will not sell, rent or disclose your personal information to third party vendors for their marketing purposes.

Following are the situations when we may share your information:
